Most of our hats are made from vintage or short run materials which may mean the design will not be repeated.
If you do fall in love with a piece we may be able to find materials similar or comparable to those appearing in the original design and where possible we will endeavour to recreate the design using these alternatives.
We absolutely love creating bespoke pieces so do get in touch if there is a special occasion or a special piece that you would love realised.
If we are designing or re-creating a piece specifically for you please allow at least 4-6 weeks for the design consultation, fittings and completion of the hat, we want to give ourselves enough space to create that perfect piece and this allows us time to tailor a hat specifically for your requirements.
When purchasing a piece straight from the website please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery and be sure to ask questions before purchasing so that you know if a piece will be suitable for you.

Exchange and Returns Policy
Please call us before returning any items
We will happily accept returns within 7 days of receiving the piece if you change your mind as long as the items are returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
We will unfortunately be unable to accept returns that have signs of wear or have been damaged through wear or transit so please be mindful of makeup and hair products that may leave marks when trying your piece on.
We take the upmost care when creating and sending your hat so we are unable to cover any damage that occurs in transit. We are also unable to cover any postage costs should you change your mind. Additional postage costs will be incurred if we send your item back to you if we found your item was returned in a used condition.
We will also be unable to accept returns on custom made pieces so please be sure to work with us through the process so we can create that perfect hat.
Our pieces pass through several quality control checks so please contact us if you feel an item is faulty.
Exchanges are possible within 14 days of receiving an item. When the value of your new item is higher or lower than the original value the original credit card used to purchase the item will be used to settle the difference.
